We operate a platform that enables sports clubs, teams, and kit suppliers to manage group kit orders and payments (“the Service”). We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What data we collect

- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and organisation name provided during registration.
- Payment data: billing name, payment card details (processed and stored by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), and transaction records.
- Campaign data: kit selections, quantities, share codes, order history, and campaign contribution records.
- Communications: messages or enquiries you send to us, including support tickets and feedback.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and session duration, collected automatically when you use the Service.

- Provide, operate, and improve the Kit Funder platform.
- Process payments and fulfil kit orders.
- Send transactional emails (e.g. payment confirmations, order updates, share codes).
